Roles of the Board

As representatives of the stockholders, The Board of Directors' main goal is to enhance stock value through ensuring on-going business success, not only in the course of current product offerings but with a vision toward future endeavors. The Officers of the Corporation assist the Board in conducting CPC's business and in making certain that the interests of the stockholders are being served.

Roles of Corporate Officers

It is the responsibility of the Corporate Officers to manage CPC's business affairs in a responsible and ethical manner while ensuring the continued financial success of the Company. The Officers are responsible for building a qualified team dedicated to achieving, developing, and implementing the long-term strategic plans of the Company.
