Delia Amador, General Manager, PPI

Ms. Amador worked in the accounting department of The Protective Group from 1989 through 1993. She has been with Protective Products International since its inception in 1993 and has handled everything from accounting, finance, and office management to GSA (military), International and Domestic Sales. She currently serves as the General Manager of Protective Products International. In this capacity, she has overall financial and functional responsibility for Operations, Finance, all Sales Divisions and Marketing.

Steve Giordanella, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Giordanella has a B.S. degree in Criminology from the New York Institute of Technology.

Mr. Giordanella started in the industry in 1972 with American Body Armor and rose to the role of President. The company completed an initial public offering where he remained as President until 1991.

In October 1993, Mr. Giordanella founded and became President of Protective Products International and holds that position until this day. Protective Products International was sold to Ceramic Protection Corporation in 2006, where he currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Larry Moeller, Chairman

Mr. Moeller was with Deloitte and its predecessor partnerships from 1980 to 1994 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1989. Mr. Moeller, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator, joined Edco Financial Holdings Ltd. in May 1994 as Vice President Finance. Mr. Moeller is a director of Magellan Aerospace Corporation, Imperial Metals Corporation, Chamaelo Exploration Ltd., Orbus Pharma Inc., Sunwest Aviation Ltd. and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of CPC. Mr. Moeller graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1980 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Randall Paulfus, Chief Financial Officer, CPC

Mr. Paulfus is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Ceramic Protection Corporation, a manufacturer of body and vehicle armor. He joined Ceramic Protection Corporation in June 2007. Prior to this, and since February 1999, Mr. Paulfus was a partner in Tatum, LLC, a financial services firm. At Tatum, Mr. Paulfus filled a number of roles as a financial consultant and as an Interim Chief Financial Officer for client companies, some of which were public filers.

Prior to Tatum, and since May 1997, Mr. Paulfus was Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Electronic Support Products, Inc., an international manufacturer and distributor of electronic connectivity products.

Mr. Paulfus is an inactive CPA and holds a BS degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Neil Schwartzman, Chief Information Officer, CPC

Neil Schwartzman is Chief Information Officer for Ceramic Protection Corporation. Since joining Ceramic Protection Corporation in April 2007 as CIO, Neil has been responsible for Information Systems and Human Resources.

With 25 years experience prior to Ceramic Protection Corporation, Neil has held other positions in Information Systems and Technology. Most recently, Neil was Vice President of Information Technology for The GEO Group Inc., a world leader in privatized correctional and detention management facilities. Prior to joining The GEO Group, Neil held several positions with The Sports Authority, Sunglass Hut International, Michaels Arts and Crafts Stores and ICH Corporation.

Doug Stafford, Chief Operating Officer, CPC

Mr. Stafford brings 25 years of experience over three manufacturing industries and a broad range of business acumen that includes leadership roles in the functional areas of Sales, Marketing, Dealer Development, Operations, International and General Management. Prior to joining PPI, Mr. Stafford was the Vice President of Resource America, a $200 million dollar division of Interface Inc. In this role, he had General Management and P&L responsibility for 16 company owned dealers positioned throughout the USA.

Prior to Interface, Mr. Stafford was the President of Steelcase United Kingdom, a $100 million subsidiary of Steelcase Inc. In this role, he was responsible for Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and P&L.

He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and has a proven track record of creating and executing successful growth strategies for large corporations.
