Larry Moeller

Mr. Moeller was with Deloitte and its predecessor partnerships from 1980 to 1994 and was admitted to the Partnership in 1989. Mr. Moeller, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator, joined Edco Financial Holdings Ltd. in May 1994 as Vice President Finance. Mr. Moeller is a director of Magellan Aerospace Corporation, Imperial Metals Corporation, Chamaelo Exploration Ltd., Orbus Pharma Inc., Sunwest Aviation Ltd. and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of CPC. Mr. Moeller graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1980 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Ron R. Wallace, Ph.D.

Dr. Wallace was the Chief Executive Officer of CPC until May 2005 and is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Previous responsibilities have included management of engineering programs in Russia, Kazakstan, eastern and central Europe, South America, the USA, Mexico and Africa. He led the engineering teams which were honored with the Alberta Business Award of Distinction (1994) for international business development and the Alberta Emerald Award for Environmental Excellence (1996). In addition, he has led or managed professional teams that were the recipients of the Alliance of Manufacturers and Exporters Canada Award (Engineering - Russia); Canadian Association of Consulting Engineers Award (International Service); Corporate Technical Achievement Award (Advanced Materials Manufacturing Defense Products) American Ceramic Society; and the 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year Program (Alberta Region — Manufacturing Technologies).

As an active member of the Canadian and Alberta research and scientific communities, he managed large private and public sector research programs, such as the SW Alberta Medical Diagnostic Review Program, the Alberta Acid Deposition Research Program and components of the Eastern Arctic Marine Studies Program.

Keith J. Engel

Keith J. Engel, B.Sc., B.Comm. (Hons), LLB, is a lawyer called to the Alberta and British Columbia bars with preferred areas of practice in corporate and commercial law, securities law and banking. He represents clients in the oil and gas, technology, financial, industrial and mining industries and sits as a director or officer on numerous private and public companies. Mr. Engel has been a partner with the law firm Benson Edwards LLP since relocating to Kelowna, British Columbia in 2005, prior to which he was a partner with Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Calgary, Alberta. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Engel was, for 15 years, a commercial banker with several major Canadian financial institutions.

Steve Giordanella

Steve Giordanella graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Criminology in 1981. From 1973 to 1987, Mr. Giordanella was employed by American Body Armor (ABA) based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. Prior to 1981, Mr. Giordanella worked in the production department for American Body Armor. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Giordanella served as Assistant Vice President of Production for ABA. He was Vice President of Production from 1985 to May 1987. At the time, he was appointed President of American Body Armor and held this position until he resigned in July 1991. From January 1986 to May 1987, Mr. Giordanella also served on the Standards Committee of the Personal Protective Armor Association ("P.P.A.A."), an association of body armor manufacturers which represents the industry in developing specifications for the military and law enforcement agencies.

In September 1991, Mr. Giordanella was hired as President of Safeco Manufacturing, based in Toronto, Canada. In addition to this position, he was appointed President of one of Safeco's affiliate companies, Protective Armor International in Miami Lakes, Florida in 1992. He held both these positions until he became President of Protective Products International in 1993, a position he holds today.

Brian Stafford

Brian Stafford is a highly respected member of the US intelligence, law enforcement and defense community. He is a former Director of the United States Secret Service. Prior to joining the Secret Service, Mr. Stafford served with distinction in the United States Army, where he completed a tour of duty in Vietman and was awarded the Bronze Star among other decorations and commendations for gallantry and service in the field.

In 2001, Mr. Stafford was the recipient of the Most Distinguished American Award from the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation and, in 2003, was presented with the Distinguished Patriot Award by the Sons of the Revolution.

As a major advocate of community outreach, Director Stafford supported the Secret Service's critical forensic assistance to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The Secret Service also formed a strong partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America under his direction.

Mr. Stafford earned a B.A. in Business Administration and an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. He was inducted into the Ohio Foundation of Independent College’s Hall of Fame of Excellence and received the Mount Union College Award of Excellence. Other Awards include the Presidential Rank Award, the Adam Walsh Rainbow Award presented by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Aguila Statue Award presented by the Hispanic American Police Command Officers Association.

Mr. Stafford retired from the Secret Service in 2003 after 31 years of distinguished service with the agency. He is currently a member of several Boards of public and private corporations. These include the Boards of McKinley Capital Management, Inc., Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corporation and Mount Union College. He serves as Vice Chairman of the National Center for the Missing and Exploited Children and Vice Chairman of LexisNexis Special Services, Inc., a US subsidiary of Reed Elsevier.

General Hugh Shelton (Ret.)

General Shelton, a retired American career military officer, spent 38 years in a variety of command and staff positions including having served two combat tours. In 1988, General Shelton was selected for promotion to brigadier general. General Shelton served two years in the Operations Directorate of the Joint Staff. In 1993, he was promoted to lieutenant general and assumed command of the XVIII Airborne. In March 1996, he was promoted to general and became Commander. General Shelton became the 14th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff October 1, 1997.

General Shelton holds a Master's Degree from Auburn University, and has attended Harvard University, the Air Command and Staff College and the National War College.

Among his many military awards, he has received four Defense Distinguished Service Medals, two Army Distinguished Service Medals, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star Medal for Valor and the Purple Heart. He has been decorated by 15 foreign governments. Highlights of his civilian awards include North Carolina's highest Award for Public Service, the Eisenhower Award from the Business Executives for National Security, the American Academy of Achievement's Golden Plate Award, Intrepid Freedom Award, and recognition as National Father of the Year, among others. In 2001, he was designated a Knight of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II. For his exemplary service to his country, the 107th United States Congress bestowed the Congressional Gold Medal on General Shelton on September 19, 2002.

Richard P. Torykian, Sr.

Mr. Torykian has served as the Director for Lazard Capital Markets, LLC and Lazard Asset Management from 1985 to the present. He is also involved in a number of professional investment organizations, including The Council of Institutional Investors, for which he is a founding member, the National Association of State Retirement Administrators and the National Council on Teacher Retirement.

Mr.Torykian received his BA in Chemistry from St. Michaels College in 1961, MS in Chemical Engineering from St. Joseph’s University in 1963 and MBA in Finance from Adelphia University in 1970. He is a founding director of the Chaminade Development Fund and a founding member of the St. Michael’s College Founder Club.

He began his military service in 1963 with the U.S. Marine Corps. From 1965 to 1966 he was in the Viet Nam Service. In 1967 he completed his time in the Corps having attained the rank of Captain.

Mr. Torykian is the Founding Director and Vice Chairman for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation. He is a Charter Member of the U.S. Marine Corps Association and a Life Member of both the U.S. Marine Corps Scout Sniper Association and U.S. Marine Corps Force Recon Association. In addition, he is Co-Founder and a Life Member of the U.S. Secret Service — USMC Association.

The Hon. Dennis DeConcini (Ret.)

A Senator from Arizona; born in Tucson, Pima County, Ariz., May 8, 1937; attended the public schools of Tucson and Phoenix; graduated, University of Arizona 1959 and from that university’s law school 1963; admitted to the Arizona bar in 1963 and commenced practice in Tucson; served in the United States Army 1959-1960; Army Reserve 1960-1967; member, Arizona Governor’s staff 1965-1967; Pima County attorney 1973-1976.

Mr. DeConcini was elected as a Democrat to the United States Senate in 1976; reelected in 1982 and again in 1988 and served from January 3, 1977, to January 3, 1995; not a candidate for reelection in 1994; chairman, Select Committee on Intelligence (One Hundred Third Congress).
